najdiasiatku.com is an online dating site for adults operated from Slovakia, focused on Asian women from around the world. It lets you create a profile, browse people and exchange private messages.
The service is not a marriage agency, an escort or sexual services marketplace, or an investment platform. We do not guarantee a number of replies, dates or any particular dating outcome.
Women's profiles are managed by the najdiasiatku.com team, and replies may come from the team. Every conversation shows whether the profile is active right now.
After you register, profiles managed by the team may send you automatically prepared welcome messages and requests to connect. They are part of the service, and you can decline them at any time.
Age and your account
Only a person aged 18 or over may create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to provide truthful basic details.

One person should have one account. You may not sell or share your account or use it for automated or fraudulent activity. Protect your password and never send it to anyone; the najdiasiatku.com team will never ask for it.
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password as soon as possible and write to pomoc@najdiasiatku.com.
Conduct and content
Use the service respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam and content that breaks the law or the rights of others are prohibited.
You must have the right to publish the photos and text you upload. By uploading them, you give us permission to display them within the service; ownership stays with you. We may remove content that breaches these terms or third-party rights without prior notice.
Messages and credit packs
Signup is free and your first 3 messages are included. Further messages are bought as one-off packs of 10, 30 or 100 credits. This is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.
One credit covers one sent message. Receiving a message does not use a credit. Credits do not expire and stay in your account until used or until you close the account.
Credits are the service\'s virtual currency and can only be used to send messages on najdiasiatku.com. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
Prices and payments
Pack prices are shown in euros and you always see the final amount before placing an order. A discount applies to the price shown at the time; if prices change, the new price applies to future orders.
You create a pack order in the app and complete the card payment in the secure Stripe Checkout. We add the credits to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can find the order confirmation in the app. If you disagree with an order or have a payment question, write to info@najdiasiatku.com.
Safety and responsibility
Dating online carries risk. Check the identity of the person you are writing to and plan a first meeting in a public place. Never send money, bank codes or card details to someone you only know online.
We provide the service as it is. We are not responsible for the content of messages from users or for how people behave outside the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Closing your account
You may stop using the account at any time. If you want your account and data deleted, write to gdpr@najdiasiatku.com. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed.
We may temporarily restrict or block an account if we suspect fraud, harassment, a breach of these terms or a risk to other users. We will tell you about serious action where the law allows.
Our Privacy policy explains how long we keep data after an account is closed.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms if the service or legal requirements change. We will announce a material change in the app or by email, and the new version will always be available on this page.
