Safety rules

Adults only

The service is strictly for people aged 18 or over. You confirm your age when entering the site and when registering. If you are under 18, leave the site and do not use the service.

If you find that someone under 18 is using the service, report their profile. We will block the account without unnecessary delay.

Respect and boundaries

There is a person behind every profile. Write respectfully, accept a no and do not send unsolicited sexual or insulting messages. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

Do not bypass blocks, create new accounts after being blocked or follow people outside the service. Respect for boundaries is a condition, not a bonus.

What is prohibited

• Harassment, threats, hate speech and sexually coercive messages.
• Impersonation, fake profiles and identity theft.
• Fraud, phishing, demands for money and requests for bank details or codes.
• Photos or videos of other people without their consent, including intimate material.
• Advertising, spam, automated messages and attempts to bypass security measures.
• Content that breaks the law, copyright or third-party rights.

We remove such content and block accounts for serious breaches. If we suspect a crime, we may pass the matter to the police.

Money and scams

Never send money, gift cards, bank codes or card details to someone you only know online. An urgent request for help, travel costs or customs fees is a common scam.

Be careful with links outside the service and with people pushing you to move to another app quickly. If something feels wrong, report the message and contact your bank.

Photos and privacy

Only upload photos you have the right to publish and that do not show you in a context you would not want shared. Do not publish your address, national ID number, document numbers or bank account numbers.

Do not share private messages or intimate photos without the consent of the person in them. Sharing intimate content without consent is a serious breach of these rules and may be a crime.

A safe first date

• Plan the first meeting in a public place, such as a café or a busy square.
• Tell a friend or family member where you are going, who you are meeting and when you will check in.
• Use your own transport or verify the ride. Keep your own money and phone.
• Do not drink more than you can handle and do not leave your drink unattended.
• Do not go anywhere against your will. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

If you do not feel safe, leave. You do not owe anyone an apology or a finished date.

Reporting and moderation

You can report a profile, message or behaviour to pomoc@najdiasiatku.com. Include a link to the profile or message, what happened and when. Send sensitive attachments only when they are needed to resolve the complaint.

We review reports and, depending on severity, remove content, restrict or block the account. If there is an immediate danger to life, call 112 or contact the police.

Changes and contact

We may update these rules to match the service and current risks. We will publish the new version on this page with a new update date.
